Head Coach Neal Brown

Since arriving in Morgantown in January 2019, Brown has covered much territory representing Mountaineer Football as its chief ambassador, ensuring the great story about his program is told to everyone.

Brown did not leave a stone unturned, preaching his “All-In” Football, Family, Fun philosophy and encouraged every group, whether players, recruits, coaches, staff, alumni, boosters and Mountaineer Nation, to get on board.

The culture of the football program has changed, the leadership is dynamic and the player development and buy-in rate is at a high level.
